RLM is currently working with Pro boxer Richard O Connor (2-1) Super Middleweight and we are aiming to build a professional stable of boxers in 2018, licenced by the British Boxing Board of Control. If you are an unattached Professional boxer looking to change things up or an Amateur / white collar boxer looking to make the transition please get in touch to see how we can help you. We have a small private gym which means less clients so more individual attention and 100% commitment.

Hatton Boxing Box Fit classes run throughout the week and are aimed at all levels of fitness and boxing ability. Using bag work, One 2 One pad work, strength and conditioning exercises used by Ricky "Hitman" Hatton and a core section giving you an amazing all over body workout. The classes give you a great variety to your weekly workout while learning new boxing skills and techniques.
Sessions are circuit based, mixed abilities and gender, social and great at building your confidence while punching away the stress of the week.
Mondays at 6.30pm ----- Thursdays at 6.45pm ----- Saturday's at 9.15am
Only 5.00 per person per session. Over 16's only. All equipment is provided, all you need is some water and a solid work ethic.
